Municipal Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe has taken a big hit for Smart City : Sanjay Patil

According to their order, on Saturday morning, three illegal markets in the city were raided. Officers are also putting jeans pants in the closet for action. Eight conductors who were involved in corruption were sent home. In the last two days, the city, including the Municipal Corporation, has been filled with fear. A campaign has been launched against street corruption, neglect of cleanliness and the system which seeks to mop up the income of the corporation. Therefore, in the coming days, politics will again be heated with many big actions.
Large action was taken on the 40  vegetable markets which were illegally set up on city roads and sidewalks. Today, this action will take place on Sunday morning. This is the first joint operation of all zones, encroachment departments, nuisance checkpoints, sanitation department, public works department, market zones and assistant superintendents of all zones. On the first day of two days of harsh action, 2500  vendors in this market were prosecuted. Pratapnagar Chowk, Mate Chowk, Trimurtinagar Chowk, Jayala, Gopalanagar, Gokulpeth Market, Ashirwadnagar Chowk, Manawada, Udnagar Chowk, Cotton Market, Ramana Maroti, Mhalaginagar, Kamal Chowk, Kabirnagar, Tajnagar, Gotha Mahakadhan Chowkal, Ital. , Budhwara, Aichit Mandir, Mother's Service Association, Nataraja Talkies Chowk, Hivrinagar, Nalas Temple Complex, Hariganga Building, Amardeep Talkies, Baghdia Chowk, Tinnal Chowk, Marwadi Chowk, Aganatha Wednesday, trees, square, HB Town, Bhandara Road, superior, jaripataka, camp, Katol Road, manakapura, Bharat action was taken against 40 other markets on the square. Citizens opposed the action and laid siege to the corporation. The clash took place at Gandhinagar on Saturday with a team at Bazar and Udayanagar in Hanumannagar Zone.

Officers, don't wear jeans ...

From the first day, Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe started the task of 'tightening' the municipal authorities. According to the information, two Assistant Commissioners were also informed that you would not be able to see your mind in eight days. Employees fear that action will be taken, but officials also prefer to stay in the office, avoiding the 'moka investigation'. Eight carriers have gone home

संजय पाटिल द्वारा: नागपुर: उपराजधानीचे स्मार्ट शहर शिस्तीत येऊ पाहत आहे. आयुक्त तुकाराम मुंढे यांनी मनपा कार्यालयासह शहरातही कारवाईचा धडाका लावला आहे. त्यांच्या आदेशानुसार शनिवारी सकाळी शहरातील ४० अवैध बाजारांवर दिवसभर कारवाई झाली. कार्यालयातही अधिकारी कारवाईपोटी जीन्स पॅन्ट कपाटात ठेवत आहेत. तिकीटविक्रीतून भ्रष्टाचार करणाऱ्या आठ कंडक्टर्सना घरी पाठविण्यात आले. गेल्या दोन दिवसांत मनपासह शहरातही कारवाईमुळे भीतीचे वातावरण आहे. रस्त्यातील भ्रष्टाचार, स्वच्छतेतील दुर्लक्षितपणा व मनपाच्या उत्पन्नावर डल्ला मारू पाहणाऱ्या व्यवस्थेविरुद्ध कारवाईचे अभियान सुरू झाले आहे. त्यामुळे येत्या काही दिवसांत पुन्हा अनेक मोठ्या कारवाईसह राजकारणही तापेल, असे चित्र आहे.
शहरातील रस्ते व फूटपाथवर अवैधरीत्या ठाण मांडलेल्या ४० भाजीबाजारांवर मोठी कारवाई करण्यात आली. आज, रविवारीही सकाळी ही कारवाई चालेल. मनपाचे सर्व झोन, अतिक्रमण विभाग, उपद्रव शोधपथक, स्वच्छता विभाग, लोककर्म विभाग, सर्व झोनचे बाजार विभाग व सहाय्यक अधीक्षक यांची अशाप्रकारची ही पहिलीच संयुक्त कारवाई आहे. दोन दिवसांच्या कठोर कारवाईच्या पहिल्याच दिवशी या बाजारापेठांतील २५०० विक्रेत्यांवर कारवाई करण्यात आली. प्रतापनगर चौक, माटे चौक, त्रिमूर्तीनगर चौक, जयताळा, गोपालनगर, गोकुळपेठ मार्केट, आशीर्वादनगर चौक, मानेवाडा, उदयनगर चौक, कॉटन मार्केट, रमणा मारोती, म्हाळगीनगर, कमाल चौक, कबीरनगर, ताजनगर, चारखंबा चौक, गिट्टीखदान, गोरेवाडा, इटारसी पूल, महाल, बुधवारा, आयचित मंदिर, मातृसेवा संघ, नटराज टॉकीज चौक, हिवरीनगर, निकालस मंदिर परिसर, हरिगंगा बिल्डींग, अमरदीप टॉकीज, बगदीया चौक, तीननल चौक, मारवाडी चौक, जागनाथ बुधवारी, झाडे चौक, एचबी टाउन, भंडारा रोड, पारडी, जरीपटका, छावणी, काटोल रोड, मानकापूर, भरत चौक आदी ४० बाजारांवर कारवाई करण्यात आली. या कारवाईला ठिकठिकाणी नागरिकांनी विरोध केला व मनपाच्या पथकाला घेराव घातला. गांधीबाग येथील शनिवारी बाजार व हनुमाननगर झोनमधील उदयनगर येथे पथकासोबत वादावादी झाली.

अधिकाऱ्यांनो, जीन्स घालू नका...

आयुक्त तुकाराम मुंढे यांनी पहिल्या दिवसापासून मनपातील अधिकाऱ्यांना 'टाइट' करण्याचे काम सुरू केले. 'माझ्याशी बोलताना मोबाइलवर नव्हे, तर कक्षातील इंटरकॉम फोनवरून बोलावे', असे स्पष्ट करण्यात आले. बैठकीत मोबाइल दिसल्यास वा वाजल्यास अधिकाऱ्यांनी त्यांचे मोबाइल प्रशासनाला दान करून द्यावे, या शब्दांत आयुक्तांनी सुनावले आहे. त्यापुढेही जाऊन 'मनपातील अधिकाऱ्यांनी जीन्स घालू नये', अशा सूचनाच त्यांनी दिल्या आहेत. कुणी अधिकारी जीन्सवर दिसल्यास कारवाई होईल, असे सांगण्यात आल्याची माहिती आहे. भीतीपोटी आजवर जीन्स घालणाऱ्या अधिकाऱ्यांना 'फॉर्मल लूक' मध्ये अवघडल्यासारखे वाटत आहे. माहितीनुसार, दोन सहायक आयुक्तांना तर 'तुम्ही आठ दिवसांत मनपात दिसणार नाही', अशी तंबीही देण्यात आल्याची माहिती आहे. कारवाई होईल, या भीतीपोटी कर्मचारी तर सोडाच, अधिकारीही 'मोका तपासणी'ला टाळून कार्यालयात राहणे पसंत करीत आहेत. आयुक्तांचे बोलावणे आल्यास उगाच यायला उशीर होऊ नये म्हणून अधिकाऱ्यांची ही पळवाट आहे. बाजारपेठांवरील कारवाईचे आदेश येताच आतापर्यंत असमन्वयाचे उत्तम उदाहरण असलेले मनपातील विविध विभाग संयुक्तपणे कारवाई करीत असल्याचे दिसत आहे. जीन्स घालून कार्यालयात येऊ नये, असा फतवा यापूर्वी शहर पोलिस दलातील एका महिला पोलिस उपायुक्तानेही काढला होता, हे विशेष.

आठ वाहक गेलेत घरी

'सेट अप' अर्थात टोळके करून तिकीटविक्रीतून मिळालेल्या पैशांचे वितरण करण्यासाठी शहरात आठ ठिकाणे आहेत. रोज ३ ते ५ लाख रुपयांचा महसूल बुडविण्यासाठी 'आपली बस'मध्ये कार्यरत असलेले वाहक व चालक यांची टोळी आहे. यात दुचाकी व चारचाकी असलेल्यांचे टोळके आहेत. मनपातील पदाधिकारी वा परिवहन विभागातील अधिकारी कारवाईसाठी निघाले की आधीच या टोळक्यांकडून वाहकांना सूचना देण्यात येते. चेकर्स कोणत्या मार्गावर आहेत, याचीही माहिती होते. त्यामुळेच अनेकदा बरेच वाहक तिकिटाचा पैसा स्वत:च्या खिशात टाकत आहेत. 'वंशनिमय' ही कंपनी असताना शहरात २०० बसेस धावत होता. त्यांना २५ लाखांचा महसूल मिळायचा. आज ३२७ बसेस रस्त्यांवर धावत असताना १८ ते २१ लाख रुपयेच महसूल मिळत आहे. बसवाहक व चालकांचे मोठे नेटवर्क यासाठी कार्यरत आहे. गुरुवारी एका ठिकाणी या 'नेटवर्क'ची माहिती लीक झाली, अन् आठन्वाहक सापडले. या सर्वांना घरी पाठविण्यात आले. या सर्व अफरातफरीच्या नेटवर्कवर कारवाईसाठी ३ फेब्रुवारीला पोलिस व मनपा अशी संयुक्त बैठक आहे. अशा गुन्ह्यात मोक्काही लागू शकेल का, याचा विचार करण्यात येणार आहे.
