चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे "तीनशे युनिट वीज बिलमाफीवर कारवाई नाही" : संजय पाटील

संजय पाटील : नागपूर : करोनाच्या वाढत्या संसर्गामुळे गेल्या दोन महिन्यांपासून संचारबंदी आहे. संपूर्ण व्यवहार ठप्प झाले आहेत. आर्थिकदृष्ट्या गरीब आणि मध्यमवर्गीय कुटुंबांची आर्थिक कुचंबणा होत आहे. अशा स्थितीत ३०० युनिटपर्यंत वीज वापर करणाऱ्या ग्राहकांना वीज बिल माफ करण्याची मागणी आपण केली होती. पण ऊर्जा मंत्र्यांनी यावर अजूनही कोणतीच कारवाई केली नाही. उर्जामंत्र्यांनी ऊर्जा विभागाला त्वरित निर्देश देऊन ३०० युनिटपर्यंतचे वीज बिल माफ करण्याचे आदेश काढावे, अशी मागणी माजी ऊर्जामंत्री व माजी पालकमंत्री चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे यांनी एका स्मरणपत्राद्वारे ऊर्जामंत्री नितीन राऊत यांच्याकडे पुन्हा केली आहे.

संचारबंदीमुळे अर्थव्यवस्था पार कोलमडली आहे. अशा वेळी गरीब कुटुंबाना वीज बिल माफ केले तर तेवढाच दिलासा मिळेल. परिस्थिती सामान्य होण्यास आणखी दोन ते तीन महिन्यांचा काळ लागू शकतो. त्यामुळे मुंबईसह राज्यातील शून्य ते शंभर व शून्य ते तीनशे युनिट प्रतिमाह वीज वापर करणाऱ्या गरीब ग्राहकांना संपूर्ण वीज बिल माफ केले पाहिजे. संचारबंदीच्या काळातील हे बिल असेल. कृपया ऊर्जामंत्री राऊत यांनी त्वरित कारवाई करावी, अशी विनंती माजी ऊर्जामंत्री व माजी पालकमंत्री बावनकुळे यांनी केली आहे.
BJP nominates Datke as candidate for MLC polls

Pravin Datke, former Mayor, and President of Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) city unit has been named as candidate for the biennial election of Maharashtra State Legislative Council. He is among the four candidates whose names were declared by BJP on Friday. The election will be held on May 21.

The nine council seats remained vacant since April 24. The elections were pending because of coronavirus lockdown. With the issuance of guidelines by election committee the path of election got cleared.

While talking to ‘The Hitavada’ Datke expressed his happiness over his nomination. He extended his gratitude towards Leader of Opposition in Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and others. Two years ago his name was almost declared for the same seat. But in a last minute development BJP had declared name of Girish Vyas who is now an MLC.

Pravin Datke, former Mayor has many things as first in his name. Basically a staunch volunteer of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), Datke later took reigns of BJYM Chief. A three-time Corporator Datke became ruling party leader in Nagpur Municipal Corporation and later on was crowned as Mayor. He is known for his straightforward and fiery approach. His image is like a man next door as he is very open to everybody inside party and outside too. The popularity of Datke is always on rise, reason being his accessibility to people. In his 10X10 room office in Mahal, he makes himself available to the people of his constituency all the time.

Late Prabhakarrao Datke, was an influential politician. His son Pravin who has attained just 40 years of age, has earned his name in the political circles. Bharatiya Janata Party has appointed him as City Unit Chief in June, 2019, in the footsteps of his late father.

Like his late father Prabhakarrao Datke, Pravin too is known as fiery leader. Probably it was the first occasion when father and son both adorning the City head’s post of the party in different times.

While talking to ‘The Hitavada’ a humble Datke said, “With BJP’s victory in the country everybody is already charged. I have bigger role to play. But I am confident that Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and Leader of Opposition Devendra Fadnavis will always be there whenever I need their guidance.” His father Prabhakarrao Datke had contested the election of State Assembly from Central Nagpur but had to face defeat at the hands of Anees Ahmed by a slender margin. Political pundits have predicted, this time the young Datke will have a smooth sailing.

दटकेंची बाजी बावनकुळेंचा गेम

नागपूर : विधान परिषदेच्या निवडणुकीसाठी भाजपने धक्कातंत्र कायम ठेवले. भाजपचे शहराध्यक्ष व भाजयुमोचे राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष प्रवीण दटके यांना संधी देत माजी मंत्री चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे यांचा परत गेम केला.

या निवडणुकीत विदर्भातून एका व्यक्तीला संधी मिळेल, असे सांगितले जात होते. नितीन गडकरी आणि देवेंद्र फडणवीस दोघांनीही आपला कौल माजी ऊर्जामंत्री चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे यांच्या पारड्यात टाकला होता. त्यामुळे त्यांना संधी मिळेल, असे दिसत होते. प्रत्यक्षात, केंद्रीय नेतृत्वाचा बावनकुळे यांच्यावरील रोष पुन्हा एकदा स्पष्ट झाला. त्यांना पुन्हा धक्का देत एका तरुण ओबीसी नेत्यास भाजपने संधी दिली. उमेदवारांची यादी बघता, फडणवीसांचे वर्चस्व पुन्हा एकदा अधोरेखित झाल्याचे दिसते.

नितीन गडकरी आणि देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्याशी जवळीक असलेले दटके कार्यकर्त्यांमध्ये फडणवीस यांचे विश्वासू म्हणून ओळखले जातात. तरुण, आक्रमक व धडाडीचे कार्यकर्ते अशी त्यांची प्रतिमा आहे. भाजयुमोतून त्यांची राजकीय वाटचाल सुरू झाली. २००२ साली ते पहिल्यांदा नगरसेवक म्हणून निवडून आले. सलग तिसऱ्यांदा निवडून आल्यानंतर त्यांनी २०१४-१७ यादरम्यान महापौरपद भूषवले. तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस व केंद्रीय नितीन गडकरी या दिग्गज नेत्यांमुळे त्यांच्या कामगिरीची फारशी चर्चा झाली नाही. सद्यस्थितीत भाजयुमोचे राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष व भाजपच्या शहराध्यक्षपदाची धुरा त्यांनी सांभाळली आहे. नागपुरात भाजपची पाळेमुळे घट्ट रोवण्यात ज्यांनी महत्त्वाची भूमिका बजावली, त्या प्रभाकरराव दटके यांचे ते चिरंजीव आहेत.

गमावले, कमावले

स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्थेतून विधान परिषदेवर जाण्याची संधी दटके यांना चार वर्षांपूर्वी चालून आली होती. पक्षाने त्यांना हिरवी झेंडी दाखविली होती. प्रत्यक्षात अर्ज दाखल करण्याच्या वेळी त्यांना डावलून गिरीश व्यास यांना संधी दिली. विधानसभा निवडणुकीत त्यांनी मध्य नागपुरातून दावा केला होता. उमेदवारी न मिळाल्याने त्यांच्या कार्यकर्त्यांनी नाराजी व्यक्त केली होती. तेथील भाजपची जागा काठावर निवडून आली होती. दोनवेळा हुकलेली संधी त्यांना यावेळी मिळाली.

कारणांचा शोध

बावनकुळे यांना लवकरच मोठी जबाबदारी दिली जाईल, असा दावा भाजपने विधानसभा निवडणुकीदरम्यान केला होता. त्यामुळे यावेळी त्यांना संधी मिळेल, अशी अपेक्षा वर्तविली जात होती. दोन्ही नेते सोबत असताना आता त्यांना का डावलले, यावरून जोरदार चर्चा सुरू झाली आहे.

कार्यकर्ताच राहील!

सर्वसामान्यांचे प्रश्न सोडवण्यासोबतच पक्षाच्या विस्तारासाठी या संधीचा सदुपयोग करेन. या वाटचालीत ज्येष्ठ नेते नितीन गडकरी, देवेंद्र फडणवीस, अजय संचेती यांच्यासह सर्वांचे सहकार्य लाभल्याने काम करण्याची प्रेरणा व बळ मिळाले. आधीही कार्यकर्ता होतो व यापुढेही कार्यकर्ताच राहील, अशी प्रतिक्रिया प्रवीण दटके यांनी दिली.
