नागपुर : पाँच ज़ोन में नौ क्षेत्रों को सील कर दिया गया: संजय पाटिल

संजय पाटिल : नागपुर : नागपुर में पाँच ज़ोन में नौ क्षेत्र हैं जिन्हें कोरोनोवायरस के प्रसार को रोकने के लिए नागपुर नगर निगम द्वारा अब तक सील कर दिया गया है। जोन में जोन 4 गांधीबाग, जोन 7 सतरंजीपुरा, जोन 9 असिनगर, जोन 2 धरमपेठ, जोन 1- मंगलवारी शामिल हैं। सभी दस क्षेत्रों के सभी क्षेत्रों को सील नहीं किया गया है और पांच क्षेत्रों के सभी क्षेत्रों को भी सील नहीं किया गया है। नौ ऐसे क्षेत्र हैं जहां कोरोना पॉजिटिव या उनके करीबी संपर्क पाए गए हैं।

कोरोनावायरस की बढ़ती संख्या को सकारात्मक रूप से संज्ञान में लेते हुए, नागरिक प्रशासन ने नौ क्षेत्रों को सील कर दिया है। इन नौ क्षेत्रों में मोमिनपुरा, सतरंजीपुरा, शांति नगर, बैरागीपुरा, राजीव नगर, कुंदनलाल गुप्ता नगर, भलदरपुरा, संगम नगर, डोबीनगर शामिल हैं। उप-क्षेत्रों में गांधीबाग क्षेत्र शामिल हैं: किशोर खंबा चौक, नालसाहब चौक, भगवान नगर चौक, ज़ामा मस्जिद, मोमिनपुरा चौक, मोतीबाग रेलवे पुल, पचपौली रेलवे पुल, अग्रसेन चौक, पोद्दारेश्वर राम मंदिर, एएमए कंपनी मालदक्का रोड, टेलीफोन एक्सचेंज चौक, टेलीफोन एक्सचेंज चौक , टाटा पारसी स्कूल के पास, चिटनीस पार्क (घाटे का रेस्तरां), तारेकर भवन डाकघर।

नौ सील क्षेत्रों में मोमिनपुरा, सतरंजीपुरा, शांति नगर, बैरागीपुरा, राजीव नगर, कुंदनलाल गुप्ता नगर, भलदरपुरा, संगम नगर, डोबीनगर पाँच ज़ोन में आते हैं- सतजीपुरा, धरमपेठ, गंधीबाग, असिनगर, मंगलवारी।

There is a good news for all Nagpurians as far as coronavirus cases is concerned. A haul of 106 samples of the close contacts of the young man resident of Parvati Nagar who died two days ago tested negative. On Friday only one person, a resident of Pachpaoli tested positive.

The 22-year old youth, a resident of Parvati Nagar died two days ago. His sample upon examination after his death tested positive. This has sent waves of panic among the residents of Parvati Nagar and other adjoining areas like Rameshwari, Bhagwan Nagar, Ekatmata Nagar, Vishwakarma Nagar, etc. In last two days, Nagpur Municipal Corporation has quarantied around 150 people from the area including the close contacts of the deceased.

All the five Government and one private laboratories in city were busy in conducting examinations of samples of the persons mostly residents of Mominpura who were put under quarantine at various centres. Last three days, city witnessed a big number of people testing positive.

The rise in number of corona positive cases in city still could not create panic as most of those cases were from quarantine centres and people were of a particular area. But Parvati Nagar case made all the difference and everybody was awaiting the result of the samples of residents of Parvati Nagar.

Examinations of all these samples began in the laboratory of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH). Till two days back the laboratory at GMCH had some issues which were sorted out and it started giving faster results. By afternoon the results of first lot of 59 samples released. Everybody heaved a sigh of relief when all samples tested negative. Afterwards the results of 49 samples too were out. Their results too were satisfactory as they came negative. In one single day all the samples of close contacts including close relatives of the deceased of Parvati Nagar tested negative.

Meanwhile, a resident of Pachpaoli who was at quarantine centre tested positive. This has added in the cumulative total number of corona positive making it to 264. If one takes a look at the figures given by Nagpur Municipal Corporation the picture is very optimistic. There are only three deaths -- two are of pneumonia and one is of cardiac arrest, which means all are not out of corona. Till now 3,014 people have tested negative in city.

Condition of 3 very critical The three persons who tested positive on Thursday late night are very critical and under treatment at GMCH. Out of those three positive, one stays at Pandharabodi, one at Mominpura and third one is the resident of Shatabdi Nagar. All three have serious respiratory problems admitted at GMCH. Their samples were examined at the laboratory of Centre for zonosis, Nagpur Veterinary College affiliated to Maharashtra Animal and Fisheries Sciences University (MAFSU). They were already critical and were brought under that condition to GMCH. Team of doctors are endeavoring to treat them.

With new cases of coronavirus springing up in city, Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) machinery swung into action and locked down Sudamnagari (Ambazari), and Kashi Nagar localities (Rameshwari) on Friday. In Kashi Nagar a youth who voluntarily went for test at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) ended up getting admitted.

The youth was close to the youth of Parvati Nagar who had succumbed to death due to coronavirus. Hence his friend from Kashi Nagar opted for self test and his result came positive as priority is given for testing samples of Parvati Nagar close contacts.

The GMCH authorities shared the details with NMC which then moved in and sealed area around Kashi Nagar Tekade School under Prabhag No 34 under Hanuman Nagar Zone-3. As per the details from civic body the boundaries of containment zone is to North East-Shyam Bar and Restaurant; East-Abhay Nagar (from Shyam Bar to Abhay Nagar garden), South-West-Abhay Nagar; South-Shatabdi Nagar; South-West-Sai Kirana Stores, Beltarodi Road; West-Beltarodi Road (Shatabdi Square to Sai Kirana Stores), North West-Shatabdi Square; North--Ring Road (Shatabdi Nagar to Shyam Bar and Restaurant).

Trust Layout: In case of Trust Layout, a youth with history of jaundice tested positive for COVID-19 on Friday. Following

this, the area called Trust Layout, Sudam Nagari, near Ambazari Hill Top was put under containment zone and barricades were put up at various points to prevent entry and exit in the area by NMC.

The area falls under Prabhag No 13 in Dharampeth Zone and five members were promptly put under quarantine by the administration. The boundary of containment zone includes North-Nelson Mandela Hostel, North West-Madrasi Temple Square, East-Baji Prabhu Square overhead water tank, South East-Hill Top Public School, South-Om Sales Corporation, Fuke Road, South-West-Ambazari Garden Square and to West-Varsity compound wall.

Self janata curfew being enforced in Jaripatka

At Jaripatka locality the self janata curfew being enforced by some social leaders creating problem in functioning of shops dealing in essential commodities. A fiat has been issued to shopkeepers that they should close their shops by 7 pm daily, which per se is illegal as NMC has permitted them to continue operations till 9 pm. The closure of shops by 7 pm is affecting the people at large, especially those who are busy at work places during day time, and make urgent purchases while heading home.

A few shopkeepers said that due to early closure the next day they were witnessing crowding at their establishments which is defeating the very purpose of early closure.

The reason of advancing closure of shops early in night is to prevent movement of people from adjoining localities for making purchases. The businesspersons demanded that NMC should intervene and ensure rule of law prevails.

Shops to remain open from 10 am to 4 pm in Mominpura For Mominpura containment area, Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) has issued a separate order as to timings of shops to be effective from May 9 onwards. As per the release from civic body, Municipal Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe has fixed timings for Mominpura from 10 am to 4 pm and after that people are advised to remain confined to their homes.

Municipal Commissioner later held a meeting with city police officials and Zonal Assistant Commissioners from containment zone and asked them to strictly implement the guidelines.

At Mominpura, city police were directed to prevent any cross movement from small by-lane to main road as this is defeating the purpose of isolation. There has been a big spike in number of coronavirus positive cases from Mominpura that is disturbing the current situation in city.

Mundhe in his appeal to Nagpurians said, “Next fortnight, 15-days is most crucial in stopping further spread of COVID-19. If during the next 15-days citizens do not obey and restrain from moving out of their homes and spread of virus is not halted then people of city will have to stay put with confinement and restrictions for next 15-months”.

The lockdown has still not lifted and citizens need to avoid moving out of their houses, unless it is utmost necessary.

पांढराबोडी, काशीनगर, जयभीमनगरही ‘प्रतिबंधित’

नागपूर : शहरातील विविध भागात करोनाबाधित रुग्णांची संख्या वाढत असल्याने गुरुवारी महापालिकेने तीन झोनमध्ये तीन प्रतिबंधित क्षेत्र  जाहीर केले होते. त्यापाठोपाठ आज शुक्रवारीही धरमपेठ झोनअंतर्गत पांढराबोडी, हनुमानगर झोनअंतर्गत काशीनगर व धंतोली झोनअंतर्गत जयभीमनगर प्रतिबंधित क्षेत्र घोषित करण्यात आले.

शुक्रवारी पार्वतीनगरला लागून असलेल्या जयभीमनगर व काशीनगर या भागातूनही करोनाग्रस्त समोर आले. याशिवाय पांढराबोडी या परिसरात एक रुग्ण आढळून आला. त्यामुळे  परिसर बंद करण्यात आला आहे.  याशिवाय मंगळवारी झोनअंतर्गत गौतम नगर प्रभाग क्रमांक १० चा परिसरही बंद करण्यात आला आहे. या सर्व भागांमध्ये जीवनावश्यक वस्तूंच्या खरेदीस मुभा आहे. मात्र, टाळेबंदीच्या काळात अनावश्यक कामांसाठी घराबाहेर  पडल्यास कारवाई करण्याचा इशारा प्रशासनाने दिला आहे.  प्रभाग क्रमांक १० मध्ये गौतम नगर गिट्टीखदान पोलीस ठाणे, पारसी सिमेंटरी एंट्री पॉईंट, पारसी सिमेंटरी साऊथ पॉईंट, ताज किराणा, निर्मला गंगा कॉम्पलेक्स, गिट्टीखदान चौक काटोल रोड, वेल्कीन मल्टीस्पेशालिटी रुग्णालय, कॅप्स रिजेन्सी, रामदेव बाबा टेम्पल हा भाग बंद करण्यात आला आहे.

भीमनगर व द्वारकापुरी या परिसरातील  ३० तर पांढराबोडी परिसरातील १६ लोकांना विलगीकरणासाठी नेण्यात आले आहे.

पुन्हा चार करोनाबाधितांची नोंद

गुरुवारी मध्यरात्रीनंतर आलेल्या तपासणी अहवालात तीन तर शुक्रवारी दिवसभरात एक असे एकूण चार करोनाग्रस्त आढळले आहेत. त्यामुळे नागपुरात करोनाबाधितांची संख्या २६९ झाली आहे. गुरुवारी मध्यरात्री आलेल्या अहवालात रामेश्वरी भागातील आणखी दोन रुग्ण आढळले असून त्यापैकी एक जयभीमनगर येथील असून तो पार्वतीनगर येथील दगावलेल्या करोनाबाधिताचा मित्र आहे. काशीनगर येथील रुग्ण कोणाच्या संपर्कातील आहे याचा तपास सुरू आहे. या दोन्ही रुग्णांनी स्वत: मेडिकलमध्ये जाऊन करोनाची चाचणी केली असता दोघांचाही अहवाल सकारात्मक आला. पांढराबोडी या नव्या भागातही आता करोनाने शिरकाव केला आहे. येथे देखील एक रुग्ण आढळला आहे. पार्वतीनगर येथील दगावलेल्या रुग्णाच्या थेट संपर्कातील सुमारे ३० जणांचे नमुने नकारात्मक आले आहेत. विलगीकरण कक्षातील अणखी काही संशयितांच्या नमुन्यांची तपासणी सुरू आहे. नागपुरात आतापर्यंत ६८ करोनाबाधित बरे झाले असून त्यांना घरी पाठवण्यात आले आहे.

२० बसद्वारे ५३५ स्थलांतरित रवाना

स्थलांतरित मजुरांना स्वगावी परत पाठवण्याचा खर्च उचलण्यावरून सध्या केंद्र आणि राज्य सरकार यांच्यात वादविवाद सुरू आहे. मध्यप्रदेश सरकारने मात्र जिल्हा प्रशासनाशी संपर्क साधून तुम्ही आमची माणसे पाठवण्याची व्यवस्था करा आम्ही खर्च देऊ असे सांगितले. त्यानुसार शुक्रवारी जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयाच्या माध्यमातून २० खासगी बसेसद्वारे सुमारे ५३५ स्थलांतरितांना मध्यप्रदेशमध्ये पाठवण्यात आले. सीमावर्ती नाक्यांवर या मजुरांची मोठय़ा प्रमाणात गर्दी वाढली होती. जिल्हा प्रशासनाने मध्यप्रदेश सरकारशी संपर्क साधून मजुरांना खासगी बसेसद्वारे पाठवण्याची व्यवस्था केली. मध्यप्रदेश सरकारने यासाठी येणारा खर्च देण्याची तयारी दर्शवली. त्यानुसार शुक्रवारी संपूर्ण जिल्ह्य़ात अडकलेल्या एकूण ५३५ स्थलांतरितांना वीस बसेसद्वारे मध्यप्रदेशमध्ये रवाना करण्यात आले. यात जबलपूरचे ५६, बालाघाटचे ८९, छिंदवाडाचे ७२, सिवनीचे १६७ बैतूलचे ४३, दातिया १३, मांडला २८, सतना १५, सिद्धी २१, रिवा येथील ३१ नागरिकांचा समावेश होता.
