डॉ राऊत : शिघ्र नवीन अ‍ॅग्री पंप कनेक्शन धोरणः संजय पाटील

संजय पाटील :  नागपूर : ऊर्जामंत्री डॉ. नितीन राऊत यांनी महाराष्ट्र राज्य विद्युत वितरण कंपनी लिमिटेडला (एमएसईडीसीएल) मार्च  2018  पासून प्रलंबित कनेक्शनसाठी नवीन कृषी पंप कनेक्शन धोरण त्वरेने करण्यास सांगितले आहे. शनिवारी व्हिडिओ कॉन्फरन्सिंगद्वारे महावितरणच्या अधिका संबोधित करताना डॉ. राऊत यांनी सर्वसमावेशक धोरण तयार करण्यास सांगितले. प्रलंबित कृषी पंपांना विद्युत जोडणी पुरविणे. सुमारे 50,000 शेतकरी नवीन सेवा कनेक्शनची प्रतीक्षा करीत आहेत आणि त्यांनी मार्च 2018 पूर्वी सेवा कनेक्शन शुल्क भरले आहे आणि त्यानंतर सुमारे 1.5 लाख शेतकर्‍यांनी नवीन कनेक्शनसाठी अर्ज केले आहेत.

तथापि कोणतेही धोरण मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वे नसतानाही महावितरण सेवा कनेक्शन सोडू शकले नाही. कृषी पंपांना वीज देण्याचा मुद्दा राज्य विधानसभेच्या शेवटच्या अर्थसंकल्पीय अधिवेशनात उपस्थित झाला होता कारण शेतकरी त्यांच्या शेतीपंपांना विद्युत जोडणी देण्याची मागणी करीत होते. प्रलंबित कनेक्शनच्या मुद्दय़ावर लांबणीवर चर्चा करण्यात आली आणि उर्जा विभागातील अधिका  लवकरात लवकर धोरण अंतिम करण्याचे निर्देश मंत्र्यांनी दिले. उर्जा विभागाच्या प्राथमिक मसुद्यात कृषी पंपांना त्वरित जोडणी कमी तणावग्रस्त नेटवर्कपासून 1०० मीटरच्या अंतरावर उपलब्ध करून देण्याचे प्रस्तावित केले आहे तर कृषी फीडरपासून 1०० मीटर ते  600  मीटर अंतर असलेल्या कृषी पंपांना उच्च व्होल्टेज वितरण यंत्रणा (एचव्हीडीएस) कनेक्शन दिले गेले आहेत. . पुढे, ज्या शेतकर्‍यांचे कनेक्शन फीडरपासून 600 मीटरपेक्षा जास्त अंतरावर आहे त्यांना सौर उर्जा पंप देण्याचा प्रस्ताव आहे.

धोरण एकाच वेळी कृषी पंप ऊर्जा देण्यासाठी पारंपारिक उर्जा आणि अपारंपरिक उर्जा स्त्रोतांचा वापर करण्याचे उद्दीष्ट ठेवते. कृषी, पशुसंवर्धन, मत्स्यव्यवसाय व दुग्धव्यवसाय विकास यांच्या विभागातील विद्युत् जोडण्यांशी संबंधित त्यांचे प्रश्न सोडविण्यासाठी समन्वय साधण्यासाठी सर्व आलिंगन धोरण तयार करण्याचेही प्रस्तावित आहे. डॉ. राऊत यांनी ऊर्जा विभागाला क्षेत्रीय सर्व्हेक्षण करण्यास व सर्वंकष धोरण तयार करण्यासाठी या विभागांशी सल्लामसलत करण्यास सांगितले आहे. ऊर्जा राज्यमंत्री प्राजक्त तनपुरे; उर्जाचे प्रधान सचिव असीमकुमार गुप्ता आणि महावितरणचे अध्यक्ष व व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक; आणि महावितरण संचालकांनी परिषदेत भाग घेतला.

Sanjay Patil : Nagpur : Energy Minister Dr Nitin Raut has asked the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) to expedite new agriculture pump connection policy for the pending connections since March 2018. Addressing the MSEDCL officials on Saturday through video conferencing, Dr Raut asked for framing a comprehensive policy to provide electric connections to the pending agriculture pumps. About 50,000 farmers are waiting for new service connections and they have paid service connection charges before March 2018 and about 1.5 lakh farmers have applied for new connections thereafter.

However in absence of any policy guidelines, MSEDCL could not release the service connections. The issue of providing electricity to agriculture pumps was raised during the last budget session of the State Assembly as the farmers were demanding the electric connections to their agriculture pumps. The issue of the pending connections was discussed at length and the Minister instructed the Energy Department officials to finalise the policy at the earliest. Primary draft by Energy Department proposes to provide immediate connections to the agriculture pumps within a distance of 100 metres from Low Tension line networks while High Voltage Distribution System (HVDS) connections to the agriculture pumps having distance from 100 meters to 600 meters from the agriculture feeders. Further, it is also proposed to provide solar energy pumps to the farmers whose point of connection is more than 600 meters away from the feeder.

The policy simultaneously aims to tap conventional energy and non conventional energy sources to energise agriculture pump at the same time. There is also proposal to chalk out all embracing policy to coordinate with departments like Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Dairy Development for addressing their issues related to electric connections. Dr Raut has also asked the Energy Department to conduct field surveys and to hold consultations with these departments for making a comprehensive policy. The Minister of State for Energy Prajakt Tanpure; Aseemkumar Gupta, Principal Secretary, Energy, and Chairman and Managing Director of MSEDCL; and MSEDCL Directors participated in the conference.

First Indians arrive home after weeks stranded abroad: Sanjay Patil

Sanjay Patil  : The Guardian  : Relieved Indians are arriving at airports across the country on the first flights to bring home those stranded abroad, and others are en route on naval warships, in an extensive repatriation effort labelled the vande mataram (long live the motherland) mission.

Photos from inside a plane landing at Chennai airport showed the flight crew, who were tested for Covid-19 beforehand, wearing protective suits and smiling behind masks and visors.

Thousands of Indians have been stuck abroad since India banned all incoming flights in late March as part of a strict lockdown, which has been extended three times.

Students in the UK and the US ran out of money for food and workers in the Gulf who had lost jobs had no money on which to survive. Indians who were abroad for diagnosis or medical treatment found themselves stuck there for much longer than planned, without enough money to continue paying bills.

Every day for a week, eight or nine flights run by Air India will carry passengers home from 12 countries, mainly from the Gulf but also from the US, UK, Russia, Bangladesh, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines.

Each flight will carry 200-250 passengers, to allow for physical distancing. Anyone who shows symptoms during the flight will be confined to a separate area.

Anshul Sheoran, the pilot of a flight that landed in Kochi, Kerala, from Abu Dhabi, told the media that doctors had trained him and the crew on protocols to be followed. “They taught us the correct ways of donning and doffing the PPE suits. We were told about the loopholes and the wrong practices. Wearing the suits meant we could not use the lavatory or eat during the flight,” Sheoran said.

Three of India’s naval warships have been deployed for the rescue operation. A naval official said one ship was on the way from Male, the capital of the Maldives, carrying nearly 700 Indians.

The government said those being brought home first had been selected on the basis of how urgent their need was to return, with priority given to those facing deportation, pregnant women, elderly people, students in difficulties with no income and those with medical emergencies.

The number of Indians to be repatriated over the coming weeks may be as high as 200,000.

The smiling faces of those returning home on planes presented a stark contrast with the migrant labourers who have been enduring their own “internal exile” in Indian cities during the lockdown.

Without jobs or income, they have also been desperate to return to their villages and families but have received little or no help from the government. So far only a few thousand have been able to go home on special trains.

Hundreds of thousands are still waiting in shelters. Many have given up waiting for the government to provide transport and are walking home. They are covering distances of hundreds of miles while carrying young children and their meagre belongings in summer temperatures of 40C (104F).

On Friday a goods train ran over 16 labourers who were walking more than 500 miles to their homes in Madhya Pradesh and had stopped to rest on the railway tracks.

Number of global cases rises above four million : Sanjay Patil

Sanjay Patil : BBC : More than four million confirmed cases of coronavirus have been reported around the world, according to data collated by Johns Hopkins University.

The global death toll has also risen to above 277,000.

The US remains the worst-hit country, accounting for over a quarter of confirmed cases and a third of deaths.

Experts warn the true number of infections is likely to be far higher, with low testing rates in many countries skewing the data.

Daily death tolls are continuing to drop in some nations, including Spain, but there is concern that easing lockdown restrictions could lead to a "second wave" of infections.

In addition, governments are bracing for economic fallout as the pandemic hits global markets and supply chains.

A senior Chinese official has told local media that the pandemic was a "big test" that had exposed weaknesses in the country's public health system. The rare admission, from the director of China's National Health Commission, Li Bin, comes after sustained criticism abroad of China's early response.

In other recent developments:

• The UK government will proceed with "extreme caution" while exiting lockdown restrictions, according to the country's transport secretary.
• China's president has expressed concern about the threat of the coronavirus to North Korea and offered help.
• Former US President Barack Obama has strongly criticised Donald Trump over his response to the coronavirus crisis, calling it "an absolute chaotic disaster".

• Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro has been criticised for riding a jetski on a lake as the national Congress announced three days of official mourning for victims of the pandemic
• Health officials in Ghana say more than 500 workers at an industrial facility have tested positive for coronavirus, while the total number of daily cases in the country has jumped by nearly 30% - just a day after authorities said infections had reached its peak.

This week, some lockdown measures have begun easing in Italy, once the global epicentre of the pandemic. Italians have been able to exercise outdoors and visit family members in their region.

France has recorded its lowest daily number of coronavirus deaths for more than a month, with 80 deaths over the past 24 hours. Authorities are preparing to ease restrictions from Monday, as is the government in neighbouring Spain.

Meanwhile lockdowns are continuing in countries like South Africa, despite calls from opposition parties for it to end.

In South Korea, renewed restrictions are being imposed on bars and clubs after a series of transmissions linked to Seoul's leisure district.

Russia also cancelled a military parade in Moscow, planned as part of the country's Victory Day celebrations. Instead, President Vladimir Putin hosted a subdued event on Saturday, laying roses at the Eternal Flame war memorial.

But despite scientific evidence, leaders of several countries have continued to express scepticism about the virus and the need for lockdowns.

In Belarus, thousands of soldiers marched to celebrate Victory Day, as President Alexander Lukashenko rejected calls for tougher measures.

British medical journal The Lancet has written a scathing editorial about Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, calling him the biggest threat to his country's ability to contain the spread of coronavirus. Brazil is currently reporting the highest number of cases in Latin America - over 10,000 more on Saturday, bringing the national total to nearly 156,000. But despite the outbreak, President Bolsonaro continues to dismiss the virus' severity and has clashed with governors over lockdown measures.

Frustrations about the outbreak turned violent in Afghanistan, and at least six people died during clashes between protesters and security forces. The violence started after demonstrators gathered in Firozkoh, the capital of Ghor province, to complain about the government's perceived failure to help the poor during the pandemic.

विलगीकरण केंद्र पाचपावलीत , न खाना न पानी बेबस है जिन्दगानी : संजय पाटील

नागपूर : संजय पाटील : विलगीकरणासाठी पाचपावलीत ठेवण्यात आलेल्या नागरिकांची चांगलीच गैरसोय होत आहे. नव्याने बांधण्यात आलेल्या या पोलिस क्वॉर्टरमध्ये वीज आहे, पण दिवे नाहीत. उन्हाळा असताना पुरेसे पाणी प्यायला मिळत नाही. तर, दुपारी तीनच्या सुमारास निकृष्ट जेवण, तेही अत्यंत कमी प्रमाणात मिळत असल्याच्या तक्रारी वाढल्या आहेत. विलगीकरणात ठेवलेल्यांनी शुक्रवारी यासंदर्भात अनेकांकडे तक्रारी केल्या. परंतु, कुणीही या नागरिकांचे ऐकून घ्यायला तयार नसल्याची ओरड होत आहे. त्यामुळे मुख्य प्रवेशद्वारावर नागरिकांनी गर्दी करून घोषणा दिल्या.

पाचपावली पोलिस क्वॉर्टरमध्ये ६५० जणांची क्षमता आहे. सध्या ६४२ जणांचे येथे व्यवस्था आहे. याच विलगीकरण सेंटरमध्ये एफ विंगमध्ये पार्वतीनगरातील मृत तरुणाचे कुटुंबीय व परिसरातील नागरिक आहेत. एका खोलीत चारजणांचा समावेश आहे. सध्या उन्हाळ्याचे दिवस आहेत. येथे वीज नाही. इतर वापरासाठी पुरेसे पाणी नाही. पिण्याच्या पाण्यासाठी दिवसभरात एकच कॅन दिली जात आहे. पाणी पुरावे, यासाठी एकच ग्लास पाणी पिऊन वेळ मारून न्यावी लागत आहे. चहाचा दर्जाही योग्य नाही. तर, जेवण दुपारी तीन वाजता येते. त्यातही भात दोन घासांचाच असतो. जेवणही अत्यंत निकृष्ट दर्जाचे असल्याची तक्रार खुद्द पार्वतीनगरातील मृत तरुणाच्या भावाने केली आहे.

शुक्रवारी अडीचच्या सुमारास आलेल्या जेवणात जळालेल्या पोळ्या व भाजी होती. त्यामुळे येथील नागरिकांनी ओरड केली. काही खोल्यांमध्ये चार तर, काहींमध्ये दोघे आहेत. खोल्यांची स्वच्छताही करण्यात आली नाही, याबाबतचे व्हिडीओ सेंटरमधील नागरिक व्हायरल करीत आहेत. जेवण पुरविणाऱ्या कंत्राटदाराचे नाव विचारल्यावर कुणीही सांगत नाही, असे येथे विलगीकरणात असलेल्या तरुणाने सांगितले. जिल्हा प्रशासनाकडून समन्वयक असलेले उपजिल्हाधिकारी उमेश घाडगे यांच्याशी संपर्क साधला असता त्यांनी 'तक्रारीबाबत माहिती करून सांगतो', असे उत्तर दिले. मात्र, पुढे कुठलाही प्रतिसाद दिला नाही.

ओळखीच्यांना चांगले जेवण

शुक्रवारी सकाळी कॉंग्रेसच्या एका ज्येष्ठ नगरसेवकाकडून या सेंटरमध्ये जेवण आले. ते चांगल्या प्रतीचे होते. परंतु, हे जेवण या सेंटरमधील परिचयाच्या व्यक्तींपर्यंत पोहोचते झाले. या नागरिकांना सॅनिटायजरही पुरेशा प्रमाणात देण्यात आले, असे सांगितले गेले.

सॅनिटायजऐवजी ब्लिचिंग पावडर

या क्वॉर्टरमध्ये इलेक्ट्रिक फीटिंग करण्यात आली. वीज सुरू आहे; परंतु दिवे नाहीत. काही खोल्यांमध्ये पंखेही नाहीत. त्यामुळे अनेकांना उकाड्यात दिवस घालवावा लागत आहे. काहींनी स्वत:हून दिव्याची सोय केली. बाथरूममध्ये पुरेसे पाणी मिळत नाही. तर, सॅनिटायजरऐवजी ब्लिचिंग पावडरसारखा पदार्थ हात धुवायला देण्यात येतो, अशीही माहिती देण्यात आली.

नागपूरहून १,१५९ मजूर लखनऊला रवाना; नितीन राऊतांनी भरले तिकिटाचे पैसे : संजय पाटील

संजय पाटील : नागपूर:  A special train carrying 1,159 migrant labours departed from Nagpur railway station on Saturday. Indian Railways is running special trains to ferry migrant labours to their villages at the request of the state government. So far, two such special trains from Nagpur have been department to Lucknow and Muzaffarpur. On Saturday night, the train started journey for Lucknow.

Rupees 505 per person was charged as ticket for the journey. The Railways have earned Rs 5.85 lakh from the special train. Congress party have have paid ticket charges of 699 passenger and. The labours were brought to the railway station by special buses after screening and social distancing was maintained during the journey.

 लॉकडाऊनमुळे नागपुरात अडकलेल्या श्रमिकांना घेऊन शनिवारी विशेष ट्रेन लखनऊकडे रवाना झाली. १ हजार १५९ श्रमिकांना घेऊन निघालेल्या या ट्रेनमध्ये नागपूर जिल्ह्यातील ८३० श्रमिक होते. जिल्हाधिकारी रवींद्र ठाकरे आणि नोडल अधिकारी अविनाश कातडे यावेळी उपस्थित होते.

करोनाचा प्रादुर्भाव रोखण्यासाठी लॉकडाऊन घोषित करण्यात आले आहे. या लॉकडाऊनमध्ये दीड महिन्यांपेक्षा अधिक कालावधीपासून वेगवेगळ्या भागातील श्रमिक नागपुरात अडकले आहेत. या श्रमिकांना रेल्वे किंवा बसच्या माध्यमातून आपापल्या गावी नेले जात आहे. शनिवारी रात्री १० वाजता निघालेल्या ट्रेनमध्ये नागपूर शहातील ६६१, ग्रामीणमधील १६९, गडचिरोली येथील १४०, चंद्रपूर येथील १८९ श्रमिक होते.

पालकमंत्र्यांनी काढली तिकिटं

३ मे रोजी लखनऊकडे एक ट्रेन रवाना करण्यात आली, मात्र प्रवासाचा खर्च श्रमिकांकडून वसूल करण्यात आला होता. रेल्वेची ५०५ रुपये तिकीट या श्रमिकांना भरावी लागली होती. मात्र, त्यानंतर मुझफ्फरपूर येथे सोडण्यात आलेल्या ट्रेनने जाणाऱ्या ९९८ श्रमिकांच्या तिकिटांचा खर्च पालकमंत्री नितीन राऊत यांनी उचलला. जिल्हा प्रशासनाकडून त्यांना श्रमिकांची यादी देण्यात आली. या यादीनुसार तिकीट काढण्यात आल्या आणि त्या श्रमिकांना वाटण्यात आल्या. शनिवारी लखनऊकडे निघालेल्या ट्रेनमधील नागपूरच्या ८३० श्रमिकांची तिकीटं राऊत यांनीच काढली असल्याचे प्रशासनाकडून सांगण्यात आले.

श्रमिकांसाठी अखेर रेल्वेची सोय

नागपूर : करोना लॉकडाउनमुळे आर्थिक आणि जीव अशा दुहेरी संकटात सापडलेल्याने अनेक श्रमिक गावाकडे पायीच निघाले. या श्रमिकांसाठी स्वयंसेवी संस्थांनी मदतीचे हात पुढे केले. प्रशासनाकडून त्याची दखल घेण्यात येत नसल्याची ओरड होतच केंद्रीय रेल्वेमंत्री पीयूष गोयल यांच्यासह सर्व राजकीय नेते खडबडून जागे झालेत. अखेर उत्तर प्रदेश सरकारने त्यांच्या राज्यातील श्रमिकांना घेऊन जाण्यासाठी महाराष्ट्रात दहा रेल्वे पाठविण्याचा निर्णय घेतला. त्यापैकी एक रेल्वे नागपुरातून शनिवारी रात्री रवाना झाली.

उपराजधानी नागपूर शहरातून जाणाऱ्या चारही महामार्गांवर मोठ्या संख्येने स्थलांतरित श्रमिक असल्याचे वृत्त 'मटा'ने प्रकाशित केले. या वृत्ताची दखल घेत मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाच्या नागपूर खंडपीठाने स्वत:हून जनहित याचिका दाखल करून घेतली. राज्यभरातूनही श्रमिकांच्या दुरवस्थेचे चित्र समोर आले. औरंगाबाद येथे रेल्वे रूळावर श्रमिकांचा झालेला अपघाती मृत्यूदेखील राज्य सरकारांची अनास्था दाखविणारा ठरला. माजी मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी केंद्रीय रेल्वेमंत्री पीयूष गोयल यांच्याशी चर्चा केली. त्यांना राज्यातील स्थलांतरित श्रमिकांच्या प्रवासाची सोय करण्याची विनंती केली. त्यानंतर रेल्वेमंत्री गोयल यांनी उत्तर प्रदेशचे मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ यांच्याशी चर्चा करून महाराष्ट्रात दहा रेल्वे गाड्या पाठविण्याचा निर्णय घेतला. या रेल्वे गाड्या मुंबई, नागपूरसह इतर शहरातून निघणार आहेत. स्थानिक प्रशासन त्याचे नियोजन करणार असल्याचे फडणवीस यांनी 'मटा'शी बोलताना सांगितले.

जिल्हा प्रशासनात गोंधळ

आउटर रिंगरोडवरील टोल प्लाझावर अडकून पडलेल्या श्रमिकांना स्वयंसेवा संस्थांकडून मदत होत आहेत. तिथे अद्यापही प्रशासनाचा एकही अधिकारी नियुक्त करण्यात आलेला नाही. स्वयंसेवी संस्थांनाच श्रमिकांचे अर्ज भरणे, त्याची माहिती जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयात पाठविणे, बसेसची सोय करणे, रेल्वे स्थानकावर पाठविण्यासारखी कामे करावी लागत आहेत. शनिवारी उत्तर प्रदेशकडे जाणाऱ्या रेल्वेसाठी यादी तयार करताना जिल्हा प्रशासनाने वारंवार अर्जाचा नमुना बदलला. त्यामुळे मोठा गोंधळ झाला. सगळेच काम स्वयंसेवी संस्थांवर सोपवून प्रशासकीय अधिकारी न्यायालयात खोटे शपथपत्र सादर करून त्यांनीच सगळे काम केले असे भासवत आहेत, असा आरोप एका स्वयंसेवी संस्थेच्या प्रतिनिधीने केला

दर्द : जयपुर से वैशाली भूखे पेट पत्नी और बच्चों को लेकर पैदल : संजय पाटिल

संजय पाटिल  NBT: नीलकमल, वैशाली : बिहार के वैशाली जिला के रहने वाले 35 वर्षीय महेश अपनी पत्नी और दो बच्चों को लेकर कुछ महीने पहले राजस्थान के जयपुर गये थे। सोचा था वहां मेहनत से काम पर अपना और अपने परिवार का भरण-पोषण ढ़ंग से कर सकेंगे। कोरोना संक्रमण की वजह से लॉकडाउन लागू कर दिया गया। महेश राय का पूरे परिवार के सामने भूखमरी की नौबत आ गयी। इस स्थिति में पूरे परिवार ने वापस बिहार लौटने की ठानी और परिवार के साथ पैदल चलकर राजस्थान से बिहार पहुंच गये।

खाली पेट ही छह दिन में नाप दी 1100 किलोमीटर की दूरीजयपुर में शटरिंग का काम करने वाले महेश राय जब लॉकडाउन की वजह बेरोजगार हो गये। पत्नी और दो बच्चों को बेहतर जिन्दगी देने की कोशिश करने वाले महेश के पास जब जमा पूंजी भी खत्म हो गयी। उनके परिवार के लोगों के सामने भूखमरी की स्थिति आ गयी। तब महेश राय ने ठान लिया कुछ भी हो वह किसी भी तरह अपने गांव वापस जाएंगे। वह छह दिन पहले खाली जेब और भूखे परिवार के साथ पैदल ही अपने वैशाली स्थित गांव के लिए चल पड़े। महेश राय के मुताबिक वे डेढ़ महीने तक बिना काम धंधा के बैठे रहे। इसलिए वे अपने परिवार के साथ वैशाली के लिए पैदल आने को मजबूर हुए।

महेश की पत्नी और बच्चों ने क्या कहा

जेब में फूटी कौड़ी तक नहीं थी, लेकिन विकट परिस्थिति में महेश की घर वापसी के फैसले में उनकी पत्नी और दो भूखे बच्चों का भी पूरा सहयोग मिला। हालांकि अब यह परिवार बिहार पहुंच चुका है। प्रशासन के लोग इन्हें क्वारंटीन सेंटर में पहुंचा चुके हैं। राजस्थान से बिहार तक के इनके पैदल यात्रा की कहानी काफी दर्दनाक है।

पानी पीकर भूख मारते रहे पति-पत्नी

महेश राय की पत्नी और दो मासूम बच्चो की मां विभा देवी के अनुसार पैदल चलते-चलते उनके और बच्चों के पैरे में छाले पड़ गए। चलते वक्त बच्चे दर्द से कराहते थे। उन्होंने कहा कि वो और उनके पति तो अपने पेट की आग की पानी से बुझाते हुए चल रहे थे। लेकिन उनके दोनों बच्चे पैरों में पड़े छाले और भूख की वजह से निढाल हो रहे थे। फिर रास्ते में किसी से बिस्किट लेकर बच्चों को खिलाया, लेकिन बच्चों की भूख नहीं मिटी।

गोपालगंज पहुंचकर ली राहत की सांस

उन्होंने बताया कि पूरा परिवार पांच दिन तक पानी के सहारे ही राजस्थान के जयपुर से चलकर यह परिवार शुक्रवार को यूपी की सीमा से सटे गोपालगंज के जलालपुर चेकपोस्ट पर पंहुचा। तब जाकर इस मासूम परिवार ने राहत की सांस ली।

बिहार में बिरयानी खाकर खिल उठा पांच दिन के भूखे रघुवीर का चेहरा

जब महेश का परिवार बिहार की सीमा में कुचायकोट के जलालपुर चेकपोस्ट पर पहुंचा, तब उन्हें खाना नसीब हो सका। पांच दिन के भूखे 6 साल के रघुवीर ने अपनी तोतली आवाज में बताया कि 5 दिन पैदल चलते-चलते उसके पैर दर्द करते रहे। पैर में छाले पड़ गये, लेकिन वह रोते-रोते चलता रहा। रास्ते में उसे भूख भी लग रही थी, लेकिन उसे पता था कि उनके मां-बाप के पास पैसे नहीं है, इसलिए वह अपने छोटे भाई का हाथ पकड़कर भूखे पेट ही चलता रहा। उसने बिहार के बॉर्डर पर मिले बिरयानी खाने के बाद बताया कि पांच दिन बाद वह और उसका भाई खाना खा रहे हैं।

गावाकडं निघालेल्या १४ मजुरांचा अपघाती मृत्यू; पायी जाणाऱ्यांना बसनं चिरडलं

लॉकडाउनच्या काळात पायी निघालेल्या मजूरांच्या एका जत्थ्याला भरधाव बसने उडवल्यानं ६ जणांचा जागीच मृत्यू झाल्याची घटना उत्तर प्रदेशात घडली आहे. तर दुसऱ्या एका घटनेत महाराष्ट्रातून उत्तर प्रदेशकडे निघालेल्या मजुरांच्या ट्रकला झालेल्या भीषण अपघातात झाल्याने त्यात ८ जणांना आपला जीव गमवावा लागला. तर ५० जण गंभीररित्या जखमी झाले आहेत. बुधवारी रात्री या दोन्ही घटना घडल्या.

करोनाच्या महामारीपासून बचावासाठी करण्यात आलेल्या लॉकडाउननं सर्वात मोठा फटका स्थलांतरीत मजूर आणि कामगारांना बसला आहे. गेल्या सुमारे ५० दिवसांपासून देशभरात विविध ठिकाणी स्थलांतरीत कामगार अडकून पडले आहेत. उद्यापही लॉकडाउन संपण्याची चिन्हे नसल्याने त्यांनी कोणत्याही प्रकारे घरी जाण्याचा मार्ग निवडला आहे. यातील काही पायी तर काही एकत्रित वाहनांची व्यवस्था करुन निघाले आहेत.

पैशांच्या तणावातून ६७वर्षीय ज्येष्ठाने सातव्या माळ्यावरून उडी घेऊन आत्महत्या केली. ही घटना वर्धा मार्गावरील शिव टाउनशिप येथे मंगळवारी घडली. शशिकांत बिपिनचंद सूद असे मृताचे नाव आहे. ते सिंचन विभागाचे निवृत्त अधिकारी आहेत.

पैशांच्या तणावातून घेतली सातव्या माळ्यावरून उडी

पोलिसांनी दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, निवृत्तीनंतर शशिकांत यांनी टाउनशिपमध्ये ७०२ क्रमांकाचा फ्लॅट खरेदी केला. ते दोन मुलींसह येथे राहायचे. निवृत्तीनंतर मिळालेल्या पैशांतून त्यांनी ओपन सिटी येथे फ्लॅट खरेदीसाठी सहा लाख रुपये व एका क्लबमध्ये सदस्यत्वासाठी ७१ हजार रुपये जमा केले. मात्र, त्यांना रक्कम जमा करण्याची कोणतीही पावती देण्यात आली नाही. त्यांनी संचालकांना पैसे परत मागितले असता लॉकडाउनचे कारण पुढे करण्यात आले. त्यांना पैसे परत देण्यात आले नाहीत. त्यामुळे ते तणावात होते. मंगळवारी सकाळी शशिकांत यांनी सातव्या माळ्यावरून उडी घेतली. आवाजाने शेजारी जमले. नातेवाइकांनी त्यांना खासगी हॉस्पिटलमध्ये दाखल केले. डॉक्टरांनी शशिकांत यांना मेडिकलमध्ये दाखल करण्यास सांगितले. उपचारादरम्यान त्यांचा मृत्यू झाला. याप्रकरणी बेलतरोडी पोलिसांनी आकस्मिक मृत्यूची नोंद करून तपास सुरू केला आहे.

भाजपा कार्यकर्त्याने मजुरांकडून उकळलं तीन पट ट्रेन भाडं, विरोध करणाऱ्याला मारहाण; काँग्रसेचा आरोप

संजय पाटील :  bhasha : गुजरातमधील भाजपा कार्यकर्ता स्थलांतरित मजुरांकडून तीन पट रेल्वे भाडं घेत असून विरोध करणाऱ्या एका मजुराला मारहाण करण्यात आल्याचा आरोप काँग्रेसकडून करण्यात आला आहे. काँग्रेस नते सरल पटेल यांनी ट्विटरला एक व्हिडीओ शेअर केला आहे. व्हिडीओत पीडित व्यक्ती भाजपा कार्यकर्ता राजेश वर्मा स्थलांतरित मजुरांकडून रेल्वे तिकीटासाठी अतिरिक्त पैसे आकारत असल्याचं सांगत आहे.

“मी तिकीट घेण्यासाठी गेलो होतो. आम्ही त्याला एक लाख १६ हजार रुपये दिले होते. पण आता तो पैसे किंवा तिकीट काहीच देणार नसल्याचं सांगत आहे. दोन हजार रुपयाला एका तिकीटाची विक्री तो करत आहे. मी विरोध केला असता त्याच्या माणसांनी मला मारहाण केली,” असं व्हिडीओतील व्यक्ती सांगताना दिसत आहे.

रक्तबंबाळ अवस्थेत दिसणारी ही व्यक्ती पुढे सांगत आहे की, “राजेश वर्माने मला सर्वात जास्त मारहाण केली. मला प्रचंड वेदना होत असून डोकं काम करत नाही आहे. त्याला पैसे दिल्याचे सर्व पुरावे माझ्याकडे आहेत. आमच्याकडे तिकीटाचे टोकन आहेत, पण तरीही तिकीट देत नाही आहे”.

यावेळी तिथे उपस्थित एक व्यक्ती ज्यांच्याकडे टोकन नंबर आहे त्यांना तिकीट दिलं जात नसून, टोकन नसलेले मात्र प्रवास करत असल्याचा दावा करत आहे. “आम्ही पैसे दिले आहेत, त्यामुळे तिकीट मिळालं पाहिजे. आम्ही सर्व अडचणीत आहोत. घरी जाण्यासाठी आमच्याकडे दुसरा कोणताच मार्ग नाही. आम्हाला तिकीट द्या जेणेकरुन घरी जाऊ शकतो,” असं ही व्यक्ती बोलताना ऐकू येत आहे.

आम्हाला गोळी घाला किंवा आम्हाला खायला द्या अशी मागणी करणारे अहमदाबादचे लोक कामगार वर्ग  घाबरले आहेत.
